"It's a small world after all.."

Thank the Lord we arrived safely in Orlando Florida Tuesday evening. The kids really enjoyed the plane ride, none of them have ever been on a plane before Tuesday, so they had no idea of what to expect. Kids are so funny; the girls (Abby and Sabrina) were telling Isabelle that everyone had to be scanned before entering the airport. Isabelle told Liz said didn’t want to be scanned and asked it would hurt if she were scanned. Liz inquired more and asked Isabelle why she didn’t want to be scanned. Come to find out Isabelle thought we was going to be put on a conveyor belt (i.e. like the super market) to be scanned before entering the airport. Isn’t she so sweet and innocent???!!! The Isabelle funnies continue, as we’re in the air Isabelle ask Liz if the plane would land somewhere in the sky. Isabelle thought Orlando was in the sky. Oh, to be young again and so open minded.

We arrived at our hotel (Cypress Marriott) a very nice hotel. One catch is we have to sit through an hour and a half seminar. It’s worth it since this place would normally run $264 per night and we only had to pay $400 for the entire stay.

We woke bright and early and were off to Disney. Liz planned on being there all day from 9am to 11pm (fireworks to follow). But, we only made it till 5pm. The kids were sick of waiting in lines and wanted to go back to the hotel to swim. So, we took a vote and decided to save a few bucks and leave early, go eat off Disney and then go swimming at the hotel.

Today we’re going to MGM. We are going to get to the park a little later so that we can stay for the fireworks, which start around 8:30pm. We’ll try and update the blog with more pics and videos as time allows.
